About Us - What is RLT Capital?

RLT Capital is a fund of funds (FOF) that pools investor funds and invests in a diverse range of cash flowing assets. These assets span various sectors, including Operating Businesses, Energy, Commercial Real Estate, Venture Capital Funds, and Series “A” investments.

As an FOF, RLT Capital offers investors the opportunity to gain exposure to a diversified portfolio of investments rather than investing in individual assets themselves. By investing in multiple cash flowing assets across various sectors, we are able to generate a stable income stream.

Meet the team

  • Jeremy Wolcott

    Co-Founder & CEO

    Jeremy has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and with a background in finance, has always been interested in how money works. He has been an investor in alternative assets for over 18 years starting out in the SF real estate space before transitioning into multifamily assets. The past 4 years he has expanded his knowledge and network into more opportunities that provide tangible asset investing with stable cash flow to continue to grow his family’s wealth.

  • Charity Wolcott

    Co-Founder & COO

    Charity has a background in Operations and managed multiple teams and projects throughout her professional career. She is excellent at execution and keep a project or task moving along to completion. The past 4 years she has enjoyed the good life in Mexico with her family and is ready to roll up her sleeves and build a business with Jeremy to help more families achieve what they accomplished in a relative short amount of time, 5 years vs. working 25 plus years before retirement.

  • Geof Younglove

    Co-Founder & CIO

    Geof began investing in real estate almost 20 years ago, flipping houses and acquiring several SF rentals. While his career background spans Banking, IT and Project Management, his love for investing and providing financial freedom for his family has led him to expand into such areas as MF Investing, Land Development, Energy, and Venture Capital.
